Reddit Sniper is a SaaS platform that provides real-time monitoring and alerts for Reddit posts and comments based on user-defined keywords and subreddits. The Service includes:

• Real-time Reddit post and comment tracking
• Keyword-based alert notifications
• Email and webhook integrations
• Sniper Board for trending post discovery
• Analytics and competitor tracking

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Reddit Sniper offers multiple subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited features with usage caps
• Starter: ₹199/month or ₹1,499/year
• Pro: ₹399/month or ₹2,999/year
• Business: ₹799/month or ₹5,999/year
• Lifetime: One-time payment (₹2,499 - ₹4,999)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Violate Reddit's Terms of Service or API guidelines
• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service
• Overload our systems with excessive requests
• Use the Service to scrape or collect personal data

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Reddit Sniper are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reddit Sniper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Abuse of the Service

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
